Colour: straw yellow with golden highlights created by tiny bubbles
Bouquet: refined, elegant and fruity, with an evident scent of bread crust
Flavour: dry, alive and balanced, with a refined structure
Serve at 6-10° C in flutes which guarantee the development of a delicate and persistent perlage.
