AIOLA Brut Rosé

The Aiola Brut Rosé is made exclusively from red grapes, vinified white, and refined by sparkling wine making process using the Charmat method.
In the glass it presents itself with a delicate cherry pink. The fragrance is dominated by notes of fresh fruits such as strawberries and raspberries and delicate floral tones. Very fresh, balanced and persistent on the palate.

Varietals: Sangiovese 100%
Vinification: in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 ° C.
Sparkling process: in autoclave according to the Charmat method.
Alcohol: 12.5% vol
