Aiola launches its Brut Rosé sparkling wine
The new Aiola Brut Rosé is an enjoyable and lively wine, ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect for the whole meal, especially with shellfish and seafood.
It is obtained by white vinification of only red Sangiovese grapes and by sparkling process according to the Charmat or Martinotti method. The color is a bright, beautiful cherry pink.
The fragrance is dominated by notes of fresh fruits such as strawberries and raspberries and delicate floral tones. Very fresh, balanced and persistent on the palate.
