We are mentioned in the Slow Wine guide!

It is an honor for us to be present in the 2020 edition of the Slow Wine guide. The review derives not only from the tasting of the wine, but also from the visit to the vineyards, to the cellar and from the meeting with the people who work in the winery.

Here is their judgment on our Chianti Classico wines:
“The lively Chianti Classico 2016, with notes of violet on the nose, is very fresh in the mouth and promises an excellent evolution in the bottle.
Balsamic and spicy notes for the Chianti Classico Riserva 2015, with a more structured, almost earthy taste and a long and complex finish. Both wines are aged in large barrels.
The Chianti Classico Cancello Rosso Gran Selezione 2015, which comes from a single vineyard at an altitude of 380 meters, is aged in tonneaux. This guarantees that the wine best expresses the characteristics of the terroir with hints of licorice on the nose, a savory taste and fine tannins.”
